The story so far
At Independent University, Bangladesh I built hardware before I built SaaS: an ESP32 wearable that turns tilt gestures into messages for elderly and disabled people, and a GPS-guided weeding robot. Those projects made me think in whole systems — where data starts, where it breaks, and who is waiting on the other end.
In May 2026 I joined Green Compare as a full-stack developer intern on Bookodi, a live restaurant platform. I rebuilt its analytics module and reservation views, and within two months I was promoted to a permanent engineering role. Since then I have helped start the company's internal CRM, built Bookodi's desktop app and its Print Bridge and its Android and iOS apps on my own, designed an HR inbox agent where a language model proposes and plain code decides, and built a market-scanning trading agent that proves itself in an alerts-only test phase before anything is automated.
Alongside work I am completing my BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (minor in MIS) and doing research — most recently a physics-guided machine-learning paper on predicting fabric weight for Bangladesh's knitwear industry, accepted at IEEE ICACT 2026. Outside work I build tools for my own family and community: a bilingual household-finance app and a reader that opens million-line Bengali text files in a browser tab.
How I work
I start from the constraint, not the stack. A restaurant till that loses Wi-Fi, a mailbox that receives payroll-fraud attempts, a file too large for the browser's scroll height — the constraint decides the architecture, and the tools follow.
Then I ship the thinnest version that proves the idea, put tests around the parts that would hurt to break, and measure before optimising. I write things down: decision records, technical reviews and runbooks are part of the deliverable, not an afterthought.
I build with AI agents in the loop. Claude Code is part of my daily workflow — it drafts, I decide. I own the architecture, review every change, and verify behaviour with tests and real devices before anything ships.
Working principles
Constraints first
Offline tills, private networks, untrusted email: name the hardest constraint early and let it shape the design.
The model proposes, code disposes
Language models suggest; deterministic code enforces the rules that matter — permissions, money, people.
Verify, don’t assume
Unit tests for logic, end-to-end tests for flows, real printers and real phones for the edges.
Make it work offline
Queues, retries and local caches turn flaky networks into a non-event for the person using the app.
Bilingual by default
Bengali and English deserve equal care — fonts, numerals, input methods and layouts.
Leave a paper trail
Decision records, reviews and runbooks so the next engineer can move fast without me.

As part of the XEOO engineering team I build across its products — the Green Compare CRM for a UK energy and payments brokerage, the Bookodi restaurant platform and its desktop and mobile apps, the Green Work delivery platform, Worksi AI Control and internal AI and trading tools.
What I do
- Initiated the internal CRM repository, then shipped full-stack features across finance, telesales, renewals, pipeline, client files, dashboards and access control (38 merged pull requests).
- Built Bookodi’s desktop app (Windows/macOS, with a Print Bridge to kitchen printers) and its Android and iOS apps as sole engineer — the mobile layout audit took 915 layout problems on phones and tablets to none.
- Built a 24/5 market-scanning trading agent on the owner’s specification: 24 merged pull requests and four releases in its first week, 323 tests, CI on Linux and Windows, order automation interlocked off.
- Designed an HR inbox agent in which a language model drafts and classifies, while deterministic code enforces every safety rule.
- Ran QA for Bookodi with a live demo-and-test bot covering 147+ of 158 reachable API endpoints; the QA report listed 96 defects with causes and fixes.
- Wrote Worksi’s 33-runbook library and ran an end-to-end platform test that fired all 11 incident detectors.
- Built a zero-dependency, progressively enhanced quote funnel for business-energy leads, with an offline UK postcode-to-street index.
- Work in Scrum sprints with code review on every pull request and CI gates before merge.
Highlights
- Rebuilt the CRM’s role dashboards on a shared 12-column widget kit and added a performance board with drill-downs.
- Moved book statistics from browser-side summing to one server-side filter definition, covered by tests.
- Made renewals a query-time derivation so a re-signed meter can never be stuck as a stale renewal.
- Added a responsive end-to-end sweep covering every route, role, 8 viewports and 2 orientations.

What I do
- Redesigned the Analytics page into five sections with a KPI toolbar and Excel export — the module still ships in the live product.
- Built reservation views: a 24-hour Gantt table plan, a month calendar and a responsive toolbar for iPad.
- Added the dashboard’s “reservation turn health” panel and live turnover widgets.
- Fixed a no-show KPI that always read zero and replaced 43 hard-coded colours with theme tokens.
Highlights
- Top committer during the June 2026 rebuild of the dashboard (49 of 125 commits).

A Python agent that scans 5-minute candles on gold and two US indices, posts each trade idea with a chart to a Telegram review group and follows every outcome. Built on the owner’s specification and prototype: 24 merged pull requests and four releases in its first week, with the suite growing from 90 to 323 test functions.
